What’s the Single Hop Series you ask?  We want to showcase the diverse flavor and aroma characteristics of all the hop varieties we use in making Aspen’s craft beer.  Throughout the year we brew small batches of our main beers, using only one hop variety.  Know your beer, learn more about what goes into creating unique flavor and a balanced beer.

Holy Cans!  Yep, we just unloaded a full semi-trailer of This Season’s BlondeCans.  Just over 205,000 of them to be exact.

Chase is busy counting them, so in the meantime, get thirsty.  We are installing our canning system this week, and should have cans of Blonde available for all your weekend festivities.  Cans will be available to purchase in the tasting room on Hopkins Ave, as well as in liquor stores throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.

It’s Friday, there is free live music at the brewery all weekend long, St Patty’s day is tomorrow and sunshine is in the forecast! Sounds almost to good to be true. (especially because CU Basketball beat UNLV last night!).
Come see for yourself! We have a party filled weekend ahead, so duck out of work early and come by for a pint.
Friday Night: Natural Disaster takes center stage at 8pm and will be playing late as usual. Also, come test yourself against the best in the first annual Sample Flight Slalom contest.
Saturday: We’ll have a few celebratory pints at Bonnie’s in the mid-day sunshine. After some slushy bumps in the dumps we’ll be Aprèging (après & raging) in the afternoon sunshine on our balcony.
Saturday Night: Matthew McConathy is on stage with special guests: starting early and playing late! Don’t miss this amazing lineup!
