TGIF and Super Bowl weekend! Unfortunately the snow fell on the Front Range last night, and unless you have a sister to stay with in Nederland you aren’t ripping Eldora’s two feet of powder. Come prove to Uller that our spirits are high, and we can handle “packed powder conditions.” FREE LIVE MUSIC at the brewery this weekend: Lightning and Thunder kick it off tonight around 8pm following their gnar xgames set from last weekend. Brad Manosevitz takes the stage Saturday night at 8pm!
Super Bowl Sunday with $4 Pints, $15 Pitchers and 5 Styles of Wings in addition to their full menu. The chili dog is our staff favorite. Come buy a $20 square before we sell out.
Tonight kicks off our first ever Tappin’ Tuesday and we’ll be tappin’ into Coffee Porter! Believe it or not, we kinda like beer and now that we have the brewery up and running and our main beers back on tap, we’ve started experimenting with some new flavors and styles of beer. Mark you calendars, tell your friends, every Tuesday night we will tap a keg of something new and different. Coming up in the next few weeks we’ll have a Belgian Blonde, Imperial Stout, Vanilla Porter, Oak Aged Red, Double Hopped IPA, and more.
Oh yeah, we’re going extreme this weekend to celebrate the 2012 ESPN Winter X Games. FREE LIVE MUSIC Friday and Saturday Nights, $4 PINTS of Aspen’s favorite beer, and awesome GRUB from Aspen’s Over Easy Cafe. Every hour is happy hour…that means $4 Pints and $15 Pitchers of locally made craft beers, light to dark. We open every day at noon, and stay open until the party is over; that means late. Also, our hard Cider will be back on tap! Local Apple Cider fermented with wild & Champagne yeasts.
Raise your hand (or a pint) if you like to get EXTREME!
The Great American Ale Trail, by Christian DeBenedetti, is an amazing resource for beer drinkers everywhere. Wherever you live or travel in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, this book should be your guide to the best beers around. Whether its a brewery, brew pub, or great bar featuring craft beer, you will have “a roadmap for taste-bud adventure.” Come check out the book at the ABC before you realize you cannot live without your own!

We want to know what you, our loyal beer drinkers, want as your next spring seasonal. Last year was our Blonde Ale which began as the ‘Spring Blonde’ then turned into ‘Summer Blonde’ and now is year round and referred to as ‘This Season’s Blonde’. Leave a comment below and we’ll take it into consideration (we won’t be adding fruit to any beer we make however. sorry).
The Happy Hour Guys are back again, see what they’re up to this time.
In his current role as a personal chef to Rick Bourke of Dooney & Bourke, Chef Jason Casey travels year-round. Last spring he stopped by the newly opened Aspen Brewing Company to taste a selection of beers. Soon he began talking with owner Duncan Clauss about beer and food pairings.
The Happy Hour Guys return to Aspen to visit with Duncan, Rory and Brad at the Aspen Brewing Company. These guys got started in March 2008, and already have all the business they can handle.
