N9NE Beer and Food Pairing Dinner 4/07

April 7, 2010. Please save the date as we are organizing our 3rd edition of “Beer is the New Wine”. Hosted by N9NE Steakhouse (414 E. Hyman Ave.),  5 delicious courses will be prepared by head chef Robbie Wilson, each accompanied by a different Aspen brew. The last two have been huge successes and we expect nothing less this go around. Below is the menu from our first dinner to give you an idea of what’s in store.
