Come by for a pint of our Chili Pepper and Brew Festival test batch of Habanero Pilsner. We’ll have pretzels and tissues standing by because this beer is hot! Also, our spring seasonal Belgian Saison is available on draft in the tap room, and available in 750ml bottles, and it’s damn good!
We’re open all off-season, every day from noon to 10PM or later. Come support your local brewery!
Yep, the sun is shining and we’re celebrating at the brewery all weekend with Free Live Music Friday and Saturday Night! Natural Disaster, formerly Lighting and Thunder, take center stage Friday night at 8PM! The Bar Band is back to rock Saturday night away starting at 8PM and playing late!
We’re counting down to St. Patty’s Day and our Fourth Anniversary, we have a huge weekend planned with FREE LIVE MUSIC starting next Thursday through Saturday night, with two very special guests: One Take Band (check out http://onetakeband.com/) is back in town Thursday night as part of their Colorado tour, and Andrew McConathy of the Drunken Hearts is back on St. Patty’s Day and our fourth anniversary with an amazing crew of local musicians including the former drummer of Shakedown Street, Guy Welles, and others.
Look at this fat line-up of beers! Perfect for your Fat Tuesday celebration! And we’ll be tapping another delicious specialty beer today as we do every Tuesday. Oaked Red is today’s specialty beer, and it’s amazing. We aged Conundrum Red Ale on heavily toasted oak staves for six weeks. In addition, the temperature of the tank fluctuated daily to inspire more interaction between the beer and oak, creating a rich oak flavor within the malt and hop flavors of the Conundrum.
Come get a taste of this before it’s gone.
Fat Tuesday is all about indulging, and if you haven’t had a taste of the Over Easy Menu, you’re missing out. Come on by for lunch or dinner at the brewery.

Also, our hard Cider will be back on tap! Local Apple Cider fermented with wild & Champagne yeasts.
