One Take Band is live at the Brewery tonight! No Cover – $4 Pints & $15 Pitchers! Their music is as diverse as their backgrounds, and draws influence from all over the country and all over the world. The sound is an acoustic amalgamation drawing on the soulful traditions of rock, reggae, jazz, blues, and bluegrass.

Sure, it may seem like we’ve only been open a year or so, but with our IPA at 7%ABV (and often a little higher), time flies by! We’re counting down to St. Patty’s Day and our Fourth Anniversary, we have a huge weekend planned with FREE LIVE MUSIC starting next Thursday through Saturday night, with two very special guests: One Take Band (check out http://onetakeband.com/) is back in town Thursday night as part of their Colorado tour, and Andrew McConathy of the Drunken Hearts is back on St. Patty’s Day and our fourth anniversary with an amazing crew of local musicians including the former drummer of Shakedown Street, Guy Welles, and others.
Yep, he don’t give a…and neither do we. We dosed the Brown Bear Ale with some delicious Colorado honey, taking our long time favorite brew to 8% ABV. Come out of hibernation, and spring on over to the Tap Room before the Honey Badger is gone.
Come celebrate fresh snow and delicious beer with Tappin’ Tuesday’s Saison. A traditional un-spiced saison. This was brewed with pilsner malt, white wheat, oats, and honey malt in addition to aged and sterlings hops for an aromatic and hoppy brew. It is subtly sweet, a little funky, with a spicy and perfumey hop nose. Our pilot batch for the Spring 2012 Seasonal beer that will be available in April. Come let us know what you think!

Look at this fat line-up of beers! Perfect for your Fat Tuesday celebration! And we’ll be tapping another delicious specialty beer today as we do every Tuesday. Oaked Red is today’s specialty beer, and it’s amazing. We aged Conundrum Red Ale on heavily toasted oak staves for six weeks. In addition, the temperature of the tank fluctuated daily to inspire more interaction between the beer and oak, creating a rich oak flavor within the malt and hop flavors of the Conundrum.
Come get a taste of this before it’s gone.

Yes, it’s true. After a long hiatus the infamous Ajax Pilsner is back on tap in our tasting room. The perfect apres ski beer. This completes Aspen Brewing Company’s long journey from the original Mill St brewery, with our full line up of beers available to all once again. Come celebrate with us this week and indulge on our full line up of Aspen’s favorite brews!

It’s Tuesday again, and that means we’re tapping another specialty pilot brew. This week, Chase infused a blend of spices, including sweet orange peel, lemon grass, coriander and black berry leaves into This Season’s Blonde. Lightning and Thunder are making moves and breaking into new ground with the addition of a bass player. The newly formed three piece is playing better than ever, looking for a new name, and continuing to expand their repertoire of classics both new and old. The trio takes stage at 8PM Friday.
The Bar Band is back Saturday Night laying down covers of The Doors, Talking Heads, Jimi Hendrix and more. These guys rock, it’s that simple. Music starts at 8PM Saturday.
